This season, kit distribution will be circulated at each of the regional conferences. However, anyone unable to attend this will follow and be sent to home addresses, so please ensure this detail is accurate when completing this section at the end of the process. Should your address change before delivery, please provide an alternative address to avoid any returns and unsuccessful courier deliveries.
